The Nest Paihia — Booking Terms & Conditions

Property: The Nest Paihia, Paihia, Bay of Islands, New Zealand
Operator: The Rock Trust

1. Guests
Maximum 8 guests. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.

2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00pm. Check-out: by 10:00am. Late check-out must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

3. House Rules

• No pets
• No events or parties
• No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property or grounds
• Please be respectful of neighbours at all times

4. Cancellation Policy

Stays under 28 nights:

• Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in
• 50% refund if cancelled within 5 days of check-in
• No refund for no-shows

Stays 28 nights or longer:

• Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in
• First 30 days of the stay are non-refundable if cancelled after that

5. Payment
100% of the total is due at time of booking. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.

6. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required for direct bookings. This will be communicated at time of booking and returned within 7 days of checkout, subject to no damage or rule breaches.

7. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. The Rock Trust accepts no liability for personal injury, loss or damage to guest property during the stay.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
